All our items are made with love and care, we stand behind our work and we are using high quality materials and fabrics that create each item.

Returns

Frills & Needles hope that all your orders find you well and that your happy with them. However in the event that you need to return an item we do have a Return policy to follow.

We offer full refund to NON PERSONALISED ITEMS as long items come back in original state with tags  and labels all in place

We DO NOT offer refunds on PERSONALISED/EMBROIDERED orders.

If in the event that we have made a mistake or item is damaged from our end please contact us with in 7 days of your items being delivered with photo evidence of what is wrong with the item 

​

All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date

Please note that buyer will be responsible for returned postage costs. we recommend a tracked method of postage

Shipping 

  • Pre order items up to 6 weeks but will do our best to have order earlier

  • Instock items will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of ordering

  • Free shipping over £50

  • Any next day delivery on friday after 1pm will be posted Monday. Same applies for bank holidays

  • Personalised item will be processed with 7 working days unless stated on website that the turn around is long ( this can be found on the home page) 

  • If you would like a update on your order please don't hesitate to contact us

Additional Information

  • Please verify the measurements before ordering to ensure the correct size

  • please allow  1-3 cm due to manual  measurements

  • Optional accessories that we use in the photos are not included

  • Please note that all monitor displays colours differently and colour of each item may vary slightly from the photo of images

  • Thread colours also may vary we will also try to match to what is photo'd

  • Size bows , lace and ruffle will all vary as being handmade it is difficult to make them all the same 

Cancellation

  • Please be mindful that you have 24hrw to cancel an order after it has been placed for made to order or personalised items

  • We do not accept cancellations after 24hrs after the order have been placed
